TRCPA After 5o years of "playing" the market, nothing upsets, nor surprises me. Especially dealing with the pennies.
One rule is never, ever take News Releases at face value. Management are obligated/motivated to put as positive and favourable spin on any and all developments, potential or actual.
Most are "weasel worded" and include, hope to, expect to, plan to, would like to etc. They all announce signing L.O.I's,
JV's, expressions of interest from majors, in talks with, yet in most cases these deals tend to get delayed and over time, and as Gen. McArthur said about old soldiers, they never die, they just fade away.
In a few, very rare cases a Company will make it and some, big time. I truly hope FASC is one of them, for many reasons, but mostly for all the real believers like yourself and many others.
Just suggesting that a little objective skepticism, based on history might be prudent.
E.G. Do you think that ZEO has actually completed their financing as impleid in their latest filing?
