First, Thank you for your note. I will try and address all the questions in order.
Pinksheets is a private organization. They do what they want and make designations using some sort of internal rules. We will be making our year end financial statement public this week. I do not know if this will be sufficient to have them remove the designation. It should, but I cannot say for sure.
Suntrips complaints stem from their failure as a business three years ago. That was how we purchased the assets. They used to run a charter airline and when they went out of the charter business they left a lot of disgruntled people. Had nothing to do with us.
We are partners with Travelocity on our travel websites. For some odd reason the warning comes up on the Travel House website. We are looking into it but have been unable to figure out why that is happening. And it doesn't happen all the time. But we are tyring to fix it. And we will. We may just have to reset up the entire website. I am not sure.
As for alternative sites to Madrid. That would be something in the database for the travel site. We have not had too many inquiries for trips to Madrid but I will look into it.
My partners in this operation are all pretty standup guys. We all are involved in charities and in church and civic institutions and protect our reputations by avoiding any semblance of impropriety. We welcome your comments and will be making sure you criticisms, which we believe to be valid, are addressed
Thanks
Peter
