QuillandPenn, If you had one wish today outside of world peace, what would it be ?

I would love to see World Peace but I'm afraid the world is just not ready for it. Not in our time as much as we hope for. So I guess my next wish is for the next generation to continue with that wish, hope is eternal.

You have a wonderful well balanced warehouse. I admire the planning and the mix. I've lived by the Rich Dad method since the very beginning of my business days. I seem to fail at the end of each project having to pay a majority in taxes instead of rolling more to the next project. I attribute that to my own lack of accounting knowledge as well as poor advice from the payroll. I think after reading one of his books I see how to make it work on the next project. Check but not "Check Mate"!

I just had the John Deere and the Mule serviced for yard work. Want to till some ground tomorrow for a garden. The Mule needs to be on the edge of the Lake with fishing poles and a cooler of drinks. Some work and some play. You enjoy the Roses also, and thanks for your valued input on this thread. Pepsi, Nah!
