OT: WAMU (WM) will be seized and its deposit base and branches will be turned over to JP Morgan tomorrow...The common stock will be wiped out along with their shareholders.

Tomorrow will probably be a very ugly day in the market, especially considering there is no bailout plan yet. The futures are in the dumps right now. If there is no bailout plan by the morning, look out below. I'll be going to all cash.
