But, this release, coming as it did when many were hoping for something positive from the SEC meeting was an unexpected blow...In one sweep the announcement completely makes void all the DC promises and instead we have in its place Miss HARTWICKS agenda..Certainly you too must feel let down...

On what HRCT is already I look for the .25 low to hold...But potential for appreciation was shot today by someone who already has demonstrate a certain callousness I don't like...I'm closing out for the night....
