at market turns? You say the markets (and individual stocks) are no longer likely to go up over time IMO. I'll bet you $20 (I know, big spender) that the S&P is higher than today's close 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months from today...What say you?

When it comes to P/Es, 7 is the new 14...
