They would need to make adjustments; like go to a four man rotation. Santana, Pelfrey, Perez, and Niese should start. Bring Maine (since he's recovering), Martinez, Smith, Feliciano, and Ayala out of the bullpen; this (in my opinion) would give them the best chance of winning.

HYPOTHETICALLY SPEAKING by some act of God they make the World Series go to a 3 man rotation with Santana, Pelfrey, and Perez....the rest is easy to figure out from there.
