believe me think HRCT has done MANY things wrong over past several years but... 1) since IT acquisitions have begun your shareholder value has increased (from $.06 to $.32 (and yes am still losing my butt too as my avg. price is substantially higher). 2) X reserve for the lawsuit yours earnings and revs PER SHARE and for the company overall have increased substantially (oops forgot before IT acquisitons there never were any earnings and revs were neglible but rhetoric was as always extensive). so the mumbo jumbo is....???? You prefered the company the way it wasbefore these acquisitions??
