Right, but they're still way behind and not making a profit. They're also, at least according to the available written documents I've seen, only making $87 a ton, a stark contrast from the $140 spot price per ton for coal in that area. They traded in certainty of payment for a lower rate...still, they are not meeting the order as such...and need to our they're out of business eventually.
