I’m not laughing. I used to think that paying your bills in stock meant the company was short on cash, that may not be entirely the case. Now I understand the company expects results. If they give less than it is worth and more than they would lose after the promotion, it throws some of the success into the promoters’ corner and it becomes their money to make or lose, it is a good solid investment. No performance, no money.
