If bidding ended yesterday or today, common sense would dictate that they have to read them, verify them, look at the fine print. Remember the last time you received an estimate for the repair of something major in your house -- say electrical wiring or plumbing? Now consider what it'd be like to receive such an estimate for a multimillion dollar structure? What would that estimate look like? Is it something you could read in a day?

So some common sense here guys.
