The last days I sent 3 emails to Quilliam, Kalra and Rich.
Today June 1st, Rich answer my email:

"The auditors and legal team are meeting today in Atlanta to finalize and determine the next course of action to get back to a full reporting status. Its not the end of the world because the Company is trading temporarily on the Pinks-- They still will bring out news regarding product sales and product developments regardless of the filing status.

The 15c-211 filing will be as soon as all the filings are in. The Q is due as well.
