Mike, since it is a public forum, I would guess anyone can post but I would think anyone affiliated(insider) with the company at hand would be accountable for the verbiage used in these forums, as it pertains to the company.
I've seen the CEO's and officers of pinkies and even OTC issues get on the board like a cheerleader to assuage the investors when the stock is depressed - not to bright. That's a red flag IMO if they feel they have to come on the board often to explain themselves.
That is why IMO you'll never see Linda Perry on this board. I think she's savvy in that sense and is focused on the business.
Granted, its frustrating from the investors point of view not knowing what's going on, but that's why we have PRs - that is, substantive PRs, not fluff.
