He's not going to raise taxes. Obama is going to raise taxes on the top 1%, but not for the masses. The scare tactic suggesting that the Dems. will raise everyones taxes is antiquated just like welfare is all the dems. fault also.

You got two options this fall.

One you fall into the top 1% and are completely happy with the way things are going on the whole.

Or Two. You are in the top 1% and discontent, or the remaining 99% and you are content or discontent in which case you'd be best served by voting for the Dems.

If you want social welfare for 99% of the pop. your a democrat
If you want corporate welfare then your a McCain voter.

personally, I'm not thrilled with either, but I find it humorous how any American earning under 150K a year is endeared to the Republican party. It's an oxymoran for them in regards to their everyday life and what their vote is doing to benefit them on a daily basis.
Some people will never understand that if you pay a bit more in taxes the whole system may benefit, and in turn the benefits will work their way back in time to those who paid for them in the beginning.
