Fixed conversion rate?
Fixed pricing?

I have googled it, but no luck, could only find fixed exchange rate, not applicable to this.

I will endeavor not to flood the floor with too many questions. This I am certain can be irritating. But where I cant find answers from google or investopedia, I hope you don't mind me asking here.
