I've never made any statements on a fixed conversion rate, all I know is that there are continued revisions/re-negotiated conversions mentioned, there is a table in the 10Q if I remember correctly that has shown the share growth in regards to share pricing at the time. Thats why I'm hoping for an out with conventional financing as opposed to conversion.
