Mr. Butler is being smart, as usual... to be honest, not surprised by this at all, b/c he has always been on the ball with the financial aspects of the company...
As for "loans", whose to say the fund from Dubai wouldn't just be interested in investing into the company? 100% speculation on my part, but to only limit it down to a "loan" is a bit narrow. They may like what they see and decide to just invest because of the overall business model. It was only a phone call, so lots lots more would need to take place, but ya never know...
