I'm sorry you are right 2,500,000,000 but why allegedly? I am looking at a Notice of Shareholder action by written consent that was sent to me yesterday by Scottrade for increase effective on or after Sept 5, 2008. It will be increased from 975,000,000 to 2.5 bil shares. It also says that on July 25, 2008 the holders aproved the increase. I only have one more posting so any help would be appreciated. Thanks
