No he did not and we were not told January 05. We were told that the hearing is scheduled for that date. We do not know when arbitration will be finished and a decision will be made. It is hoped that it will be 30 to 60 days after the January hearing date. He assumes 2Q05. That is a resonable assumption.

Q105 ends March 31st 2005. If the hearing is mid or late January adding 2 months will give you late March. Why would he not leave room for error. If the panel needs 90 days or the hearing is rescheduled.

He is covering the stock for Piper Jaffray a company he just went to. He is giving an honest conservative opinion for his clients that he feels IDCC will perform with the market in the near future. If these "economic discussions" provide new licenses with substantial revenue he will upgrade the stock to a buy and raise the price target. That is fair. Time for the company to step up and produce.
