If a post violates the TOU, it should be removed?
I guess that depends on how you interpret TOU.

I removed a post because a guy was talking about playing golf.
It was restored.

I removed another post because somebody was talking about another company and it was restored.

Do I really have to get into a debate everytime this happens?

Like I said, we should be allowed to police ourselves without intervention from big brother.
