Hey, I've got an idea. Lets all determine when we hit our next "all-time" low. It appears that is the direction the stock will continue to drift until something (in reality) actually happens with HRCT. Lets watch this baby go the direction it is headed so we can all be that much happier when it goes back up to two cents!
