How could someone with no debt and millions in assets declare bankruptcy? Urbie never had debt as his companies were on the string.
He may have no cash now but he has a huge pile of paid for assets such as clam lake and the farm at Garden River which are paid for and valued in the millions.
Not to mention the fleet of customized Cadillacs and Hummers he has parked at Gudtke's place.
