Most of it is coming from the defendants because they are in a bad position right now. They are doing their best at damage control. MOSH looks to be staying the course since everything has gone in their favor. They don't need to change things but the defendants do. MOSH did file their response to the mandamus petition which unfortuantely we can't read since it's on the court of appeals website. I am sure MOSH is ready to counter anything the defendants throw at them. I would love to know what's going on with that amicus brief though.
