Because 99% of those fails are covered in a timely manner. That is the problem with NS gurus, they don't tell you the whole truth because if they did then the problem wouldn't look as bad as they want you to believe. And if you don't believe the problem is huge then they can't blame pinky scams on NS which these gurus are apart of. Of course should there be that many fails to begin with, no because many are too lazy to get it covered when they should. But the fact is that 99% does get covered and it wasn't for manipulation just laziness. But 1% is a problem that should be address. But again that 1% doesn't sound bad enough so they abuse the numbers to make it look worse then it is.
