As I agree with 99% of what you posted, I don't agree that it's part of a governmental plan. As long as we go from a Republic to a Democracy where core groups CAN and WILL vote your property away for distribution, the welfare zones CAN and WILL do it. It's not the government's fault or plan. It's the fault of those that believe the government is supposed to monitor and distribute wealth.

If we were to distribute wealth evenly amongst every American, we'd each have about 40 million bucks. I think you'll agree where most of that wealth would be after 10 - 20 years and what groups would have squandered it over the same period.

The lower achievers will always be controlled. That's what makes them happy being low achievers. And they'll continue to vote accordingly.
