samaelrocks: it is part of a sick governmental plan. Voters, from welfare zones, are more easily controlled than any other non-Diebold group. They always vote heavily socialist. Inner-city welfare zones have long been the surest stronghold for the Democrat Party, even though the party has a continuous history of racism and discrimination. Power and the lust for power holds no loyalty.
