Just a suggestion:


I've sent a message to Jay asking for an explanation of why he's asking for the authority to issue more shares and how this whole thing's going to work out for the shareholders.

It would carry more weight if we all asked. Anyone interested in following up on this, here's his e-mail address. Specifically, I suggested a shareholders newsletter.
