That's what I'm hoping for. The way shareholder sentiment is right now, no one's going to vote for authorizing the company to issue more shares.
Usually, before a company puts these things up for vote, they've already talked to and convinced major shareholders to vote in favor of the issues up for approval. I don't think MOBL's done that, especially since there aren't any big institutions holding large numbers of shares. No big shareholders, just us common folk out here.
Jay better come out with a newsletter explaining what the situation is, and no more B/S, "just around the corner", or weasel-words.
