Sounds like you've identified a group of people unable to control their own bodies and look to clinics to repair irresponsible behavior.

Of course, welfare zones aren't really known for their ability to make good decisions. LOL!

You're also suggesting that "welfare zones" are more populated by blacks than any other race of American people. Yet, another problem that needs attention.

IMO, we need more leaders from the black community to address these issues. Anyone else that brings up the facts are referred to as "racists". Until the government form of coddling stops, these problems will remain.
