Plenty of BIG CO.s are pink companies that are profitable. They stay way cause it is A LOT cheaper to not have to report according to sarbanes oakley act. Now who knows some of these co.s?

I know tons of them. Most are foreign issuers and regional banks. Many have very high stock prices. As you say, they're on the Pinks in large part because they don't want to pay for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

BUT one thing they have in common is that they're not really interested in trading actively.
