The stock is already trading higher than some of the stocks of major gold mining company index components. World class companies trade for less than the price for which Lumb/Saner is telling the masses this stock will be bought out.
Why not just have the mythical private equity group claim they are taking over Barrick Gold? It would be just about as believable
