Clearly, something has to happen fairly soon. I see three possibilities: i) FoB deal with a relatively large up-front payment; ii) financing; or iii) buyout/merger.

The non-implementation of a reverse split and the amended change-of-control agreements for executive officers suggest (but do not imply) that a buyout is under serious consideration.
