I am still a long way from having figured these transactions.
Is it:
TI has exchanged its 69,212,280 NNAN shares for warrant(s)
to purchase a 5 percent interest in NaturalNano within 2 and 1/2 years.
NaturalNano has obtained $170,000 in new funds which they
can repay in NNAN shares at half a cent a share. The principal amount would be paid with 17,000,000 shares. The interest payments would be another 300,000 shares.
NaturalNano would have a balance of 51,912,280 shares
with which to pay off existing debt or any new debt.

If the above is the situation, should we believe that TI's action can be seen as very bullish for the future of NNAN in solving a short term cash problem?
