if keith ever made a statement that contained 'a dollar by summer' I would suspect it related more to company value versus market cap. Its either a remark spit out by the chevy pump filter or an off the cuff remark keith made given the explosive sp performance at the time.

im not sure why this quote (if it can be called that) is even an issue for some
