I wouldn't care if Eric Schmidt, Sergey Brin, and Larry Page all came to my home, sat on my couch and told me to my face, "Google shares will be $800/share by end of the year! We can almost guarantee it!!"
I would still have the good sense that God gave me to realize that they cannot guarantee that, and I that I shouldn't hold my breath, or take any other action based soley on that.

Is Keith responsible for having made an optimistic statement? In so far as it gave an optimistic "tone"... sure.

Is it Keith's fault if I decide to get a second mortgage on my house, or sell the private jet, or rent out the kids for slave labor to buy more shares? Absolutely NOT!

Maybe instead of "I think the shareholders have carried enough weight for a while" some shareholders should get off of Keith's back and let him do his job.

I will agree with one point... ball's in his court. Man! That guy can sure handle the ball!
