just about all of that is dependant on the SEC no halting us and a crooked TA that didn't want a TPR, yet he converted shares for MA that didn't exist.

No real proof of that besides what Dufus spouts on about.....And if it is true it has NO bearing on the case at hand, and the only way for anything to be done about that if it is fact is for Dufus to hire an lawyer and file suit...
