I don't believe the poison pill will be renewed either.Who knows maybe thats why these 17 investors were given such a sweet deal.If they were in Rays pocket the shareholder majority would be likely to sell the company for .20 a share. Ofcouse if your bought those shares for .15 each thats a 33% gain for a few months of waiting.
Spoke What about the other two companies that also have rights to the Powerstream technology?
What if the tech is real and Propp changed his mind and decided he wanted to keep the tech, so he waits for the poison pill to expire and a venture capital company buys out NV at .20 a share and then they take Adaptive public as a hot IPO. Or one of the other companies wants to partner with Adaptive and exclude NV. yata yata ect..
When the last time or has Propp ever gave any info on the supposed FPGA?
