It's one of those grain elevators that deal with the farmers and take in mass quantities of corn right off the fields and supply seeds to farmers and what not, they have a retail store attached.
50lb bag of loose corn for about ten bucks or so, corn prices are going up though because of ethanol production.

Mexican bluejays? I didn't know they were Mexican, they do migrate just like monarch butterflies that fly hundreds of miles north from Mexico in the summer from the mountains down there.
Not so many of late after a cold snap in the mountains killed off thousands of them a while back.

I stick those deer warning whistles on the front of the car, hitting one of those at speed can really ruin your day..lol
I knew a guy that would punch it whenever he saw one, that was how he hunted. His ford truck didn't look to good though, but his freezer was full of venison.
