And today's news wasn't even "New" news. Both of these events were expected, and in fact already in effect long ago. Again, today's events were nothing new. Some here have stated in the past that the Samsung money was already built in to the stock price. And the Batts decision was never more than a delay in the inevitable ITC showdown with Nokia.
Here's hoping we can book some nice earnings next week, and a 3G settlement soon.
