I hope so.

He seems to have a large law firm, and I am surprised that he allow its name to be involved in fight with 500-share shareholders.

Well, it is good for such shareholders to be fighting such a big name because he is dragging its name in mud for trying to manipulate rules that is clearly stated. I will like to face him in court and let him give his own interpretation of the content of the Form DEF-14C.
