oh, and I don't buy the argument of some that he will be raisng the AS again if the pps drops post split - he has already made it clear that some of the 10b is for acquisition in any event
And what about the 200B shares that are potential conversions.
a 5:1 makes them 40B potential, but as they begin to dilute more the pps will drop and the potential conversion number grows.
This will NOT be the last R/S or A/S increase.
Do you enjoy seeing someone take 80% of your shares away while knowing that they will decline further in the future.
