Imagine the no 1:5 scenario....
just an AS increase to 50 billion instead, no RS
YA and others could convert down here all day long with room to spare approx 28b - and the pps will remain in the basement
with the RS the pps will need to stay at or around the post split price in order for there to be enough capacity in the 10b for the CDs to convert
very good sign I would say ....TS has a plan
oh, and I don't buy the argument of some that he will be raisng the AS again if the pps drops post split - he has already made it clear that some of the 10b is for acquisition in any event
heck, that's if the RS even happens
