MJ2 has been the court room reporter and I am sure will be all over this. I thought the date was 7/31 but did not dig back to see if that is accurate. Either way, it is this week. What is important is that this is just a preliminary hearing and unless the two side are working on an agreement the court is not likely to make any determinations other then setting a hearing date sometime in the future. There is always the chanced based on the USGA argument that this claim should have been included in the first round that the court could throw it out. Been even PS thinks they are on solid ground to at least present their case given the differences in claims. Unless TIAX is looking to settle we will likely only get antoher date out of this hearing.
