Way back I was raised on Long Island. My Mother's grandparents had a small farm, which was very valuable during the Great Depression.
On Long Island, there were some very rich people living on huge estates. Mom indicated that each was equipped with a large green house or houses, large gardens, and a staff to harvest and preserve the food.

I sent that link on to two landscapers that I know. I have been trying to convince them that they should expand their businesses to include preparing various sized gardens. With the proper personnel, a lawn could be tilled and soil prepared in one day. The Wall Street Journal might convince them to pursue this service.
