Data... "- most have used an AVERAGE of around 4.5% AFTER all the negotiations....some are higher than 5% R^)"

What about the tier I's I mentioned, SAM, MOT, SE? We know that Nokia is now and has always paid a good bit less than 5%, and since Nokia has been responsible for as much as 40% of the market I would think advertising 5% across the board is somewhat misleading don't you? What I'm saying is that if the Tier 1's are paying a good bit less than 5%, with Nokia representing about 40% of the market and now paying as little as 2%, and since these 4-5 tier 1's represent nearly 90% of the market, wouldn't an overall AVERAGE per worldwide unit of all flavors of XDMA be substantially less than the 4.5%-5% number we hear thrown around all the time? Are they charging a high royalty and giving the chips away or something?

I may not be paying attention, or have poor comprehension as Bloem says, but Mathematics has always been kind of a strong point with me, Ha!

I appreciate the info you've provided and I won't waste any more of this IDCC board's time on what is really an issue for QCOM shareholders consideration.

Gotta go, you have a good day now.
