Well then maybe it is IDCC's dumb luck if as Data says we don't really have the juice to collect royalties at the chip level. I don't recall any wording of royalty re IDCC's arrangement with IFX; just words like partnership, cooperation, collaboration... hopefully nothing about royalty.
