Chris, I don't think we will get anywhere near the January top. I'd be happy to be proven wrong though.

There is lots more negativity now like that abnormally high total put to call ratio (5 day sma over 1.0) which should help to fuel some short covering but the bottom line is we need a lot of institutional buyers to feed a rally.

This time of year there generally is not as much cash available to fuel a rally in tech stocks.
