Ummmm, Damage, I wouldn't put Freddie and Fannie near this conversation. Once the government stops stealing billions of dollars from America and hiding it in Mortgages no one can afford, they too will need "Real" financing that no one in their right mind would give to them.

$5 Trillion debt, even the $25 Billion the Government is going to give them for aid is like putting a bandaid on one of those legs you mention being chopped off!

PS They're both down 70% in stock value as well. They fared horribly IMHO.
