WG, Have you looked at Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae lately, how did they fare with some bad news? A financial blow can cut the knees out from any company. It’s how they recover that matters. They have the assets to justify the faith that they can acquire acceptable refinance terms. IMO, the window to buy at these prices will close very quickly!
