Brentjanice & All, to explain what’s happening…

Brent, know that this is Part 1 of my response to your post. I will post Part 2 later. I think many really appreciate your thoughts and views.

I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Eddie Lewis who is the guy who will be hosting this particular show about BLDV and me from what I discovered on WKNI. Here’s how the gist of our conversation went as he explained to me his agenda that he had scheduled to air. His first topic of discussion really set the stage for the rest of our conversation for what was to be expected as he definitely had not near the facts he thought he had, respectfully. It’s like the more I tried to explain to him how he was looking at things wrong and why, the more he was trying to rush to get off of the phone with me. I did respect the fact that he just didn’t hang up in my face though.

To understand the first topic for his show today, which greatly surprised me as he had all of his info greatly twisted, the response below is what I explained to him in which definitely set the stage for his show as he had me labeled as guilty no matter how I tried to explain it to him:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=30858655

Let me first explain the BLDV piece for the show based on what Eddie Lewis informed me during his phone call to me then I will explain the piece that he will discuss about me.

In continuing, Eddie Lewis then told me that he spoke to the legal department at Texas A&M and that they said that they never heard of Quincey and Blue Diamond Ventures. He said that because of them not hearing about Blue Diamond Ventures, everything I posted about BLDV having a ”deal” with Texas A&M was not true and they are going to be coming after me and some others to file a law suit for saying such. I then told him that I never stated that it was an actual ”deal” that I had stated and I stated that it was a MOU or MOA of some sort from speaking to one of the Professors there at Texas A&M University of which was also PR-ed. I told him that such is what I had initially posted below:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=29153101

I asked him if he spoke to Dr. Riskowski who is the professor and department head of the Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering at Texas A&M University since he was the one who made the quotes in the previous BLDV PR and that he was also the Professor that actually met with Quincey and the former Prime Minister of Belize, Said Musa. He said that he did not speak to Dr. Riskowski and did not need to because anything that goes out about Texas A&M goes out through their legal department and that they would know about such if it was true. He said that since Texas A&M legal department stated that they knew nothing about Quincey and Blue Diamond Ventures, then apparently their communication with BLDV never happened. I recommended that before he aired this show that he should allow me to help him get his facts straight, but he said… “No. It’s my show and the show will be aired tomorrow” (which is now today). I told him that it was a few others that had spoken to Dr. Riskowski. He said no and then stated that I posted that I said that I spoke to Dr. Riskowski. I told him that I had always clearly stated…” Someone else recently called and spoke to Dr. Gerald Lee Riskowski and got the same thing” as in the post below:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=30649132

I clearly made it known that at such time, I had never spoken to Dr. Riskowski and that it was actually another Professor that I had spoken to. Now, after how he behaved with his rushed attitude after he started realizing that maybe some of his information was a little off, he began to rush off the phone which made me do what I asked him to do. This is what made me pick up the phone and call Dr. Riskowski myself. Until yesterday after such time, I had never spoken to Dr. Riskowski. Dr. Riskowski confirmed that he had previous communications with BLDV and that he was simply in a holding pattern waiting for Quincey to get back in contact with him. Dr. Riskowski said that BLDV is very real and that he is looking forward to working with BLDV on their Belize Project. He said that he really thinks that BLDV can help the country out. Dr. Riskowski said that he has been getting a lot of emails and phone calls where people were asking him why was he “bad mouthing” BLDV. Dr. Riskowski said that he told them that he had never said anything bad about BLDV and that everything he has said about Quincey and BLDV was nothing but good. Dr. Riskowski said for anyone that needs to have explained or cleared up the situation with BLDV to have them call him anytime. I then told Dr. Riskowski about when I spoke to one of the other Texas A&M professors who mentioned how Chevron had gone to BLDV and not BLDV going to Chevron for informational reasons. Dr. Riskowski told me the other Professor’s name I spoke with and then he also confirmed that such was true as what I was told. Again, Dr. Riskowski’s info is here below:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=30649132

He then mentioned how BLDV has not updated its shareholders over the past 2 years. Here is BLDV’s last PR below which was released on 26 Mar 08:
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/080326/0379670.html
Still, he insisted that BLDV had not put out an update in over 2 years. He never explained to me how or why he was interpreting things as such.

Eddie Lewis then told me that he called the Government of Belize and spoke to Mr. Joseph Waight. He said that Mr. Waight told him that Quincey and Blue Diamond Ventures had not been in contact with them since months and months ago. I told him that such was not true from what I was told. He then asked me if I wanted him to three-way me in on a call with Mr. Waight and I told him to please do. He then changed the topic and said that he must leave. I asked him again that before he aired his show to please allow me to help him get his facts together. Again, he denied and insisted that the show will be aired tomorrow (now today) and that if I had anything to say, I could call in on 334-388-2501 and speak about it. With the feeling of like I was being setup, I asked him why would I call in when he is not willing to get the facts straight now before he air his show? I asked him wouldn’t he want to have the facts straight for the positive and the negative before actually airing this? Again, he told me to call in.

Now let’s talk about the part of the show that will be about me. I was actually considering calling in to this show of his, but the thing that changed my mind completely was when he told me that he had proof that I am not who I say I am in my IHub profile. This is when I realized that this is not really about stocks in general or exposing scams from listening to the rest of his delivery. It’s about me and them challenging my character. We spoke further and he said that he has proof that I not only never retired from the Air Force, but that I was never a Logistics Officer in the Air Force. That’s what sealed it for me. Eddie Lewis told me to watch his show so that I can see how he is going to expose me.

I told him that I am not sure how or where he got his info, but I told him that he was definitely wrong and he definitely had shown that he cared not about getting the facts. I felt like it was personal with me and with BLDV to add. I felt the need to make this post because if I don’t participate in the airing, please understand why. He told me I could call in to explain everything or that I could email him 3 types of confirmation. Within this post, he has more than three of his confirmations that he had requested as I deemed it better for me to correctly post it here than for Eddie Lewis to broadcast it incorrectly.

He is going to challenge that my IHub profile is not as I have stated with being a Logistics Officer in the US Air Force who have recently retired. He insinuated some thoughts about a DD Form 214 that he had and wanted me to send him a copy of my DD Form 214. A DD Form 214 is the form that’s used as proof to show that you have separated from the military service which also has much more personal information on it too. What he doesn’t know is that I already know what he has on file in which if he would not have been rushing to get off the phone so fast, I would have explained it to him even further. He also could have verified my Top Secret Clearance which would have probably answered all of his questions. He also didn’t know that I have a son whose name is exactly like mines.

TO further add, what he doesn’t already know is that I have “2” DD Form 214s. One reflects when I was separated from the Air Force when I was an E-5, Staff Sergeant back in 1992 while I was an Operations Resource Management Specialist (Duty AFSC 27172). This is the one he spoke of which sounded like he somehow got his hands on. I was previously prior enlisted in the Air Force before I had totally separated from the Air Force to join ROTC a special ROTC Commissioning Program to be a required full-time student to complete the Bachelor’s Degree requirement before getting my commission to become an officer. That was when I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and the ROTC program to enter the US Air Force a second time as a 2nd Lieutenant within the Logistics Officer career field. Since my retirement, I was given a second DD Form 214 to reflect my second time being separated from the US Air Force.

Before I put some closure on this post, here’s a little proof that I actually have recently retired from the US Air Force after serving for over 22 years no matter what others choose to believe. I decided to provide this inform about me because I would rather provide such proof about myself rather than take my chances on what Eddie Lewis will publicly provide from my conversation with him. Below is a list of some documents reflecting roughly my last year or so as proof that I am who I say I am within my IHub profile as a retired Logistics Officer from the US Air Force:

2-President Bush Certificate of Appreciation to Sterling

Also note, I think the post might be a bit long if I were to include proof of my entire over 22 years of service in the Air Force.

I hope everyone understands that after reading this post, I will not be explaining or defending my character to anyone on IHub or anywhere anymore. I will remain disciplined this time and simply refer them to this post. If there is ever a choice about anything relating to my credibility by anybody, I will tell them to please respectfully assume the worse for being on the safe side about me or anyone and I would understand. However, do this for all which should force you to go back to simply trusting your own due diligence before considering anyone else’s.

I have so many hours behind the scenes defending myself and responding to negative intentions that I had not the opportunity to do what I like doing most… DD-ing stocks. When things have been blown so far out of proportion that I have to be investigated to where facts are twisted to inform others that I am not telling the truth about my military career after all that I have gone through… I think enough is enough.

When things get so bad that these guys now begin to call my parents and others close to me to inquiry about my character to present in a way that will defame my character… I think enough is enough.

I could name a few other things where… “I think enough is enough” but I think it’s not necessary as I think you get my point.

When someone has to do this all because of what they deemed to be a bad stock pick, then I think maybe it’s a little bit much. Eddie Lewis queried me about my picks in relation to what I call the “$200 to $200,000” Transformation Process” which is within my IHub signature block and below:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=29867262

I told him how it is nothing more than “Sterling’s Trading & Investing Strategies” as to how I viewed things. Some people across IHub and RagingBull always post how bad my picks are. I already knew where he was going. Below is where I was going to refer him in an email he requested for me to send him. Instead, I think I will post it for all to publicly see it come from me than from him with his slant on it to help him see some stocks I previously mentioned and where they have gone so that he could see how some of my picks have supported my logic:

Does all of that above mean that I am some stock GURU? Heck NO! I’m far from it as I’ve been wrong a number of times too. It actually means that I’m about like everyone else where… you win some… you lose some. I do all of this because it’s fun to me and because I think I am helping more than hurting. As of late, I am going to have to re-evaluate if it’s really worth me being around or if I need to change my strategy.

Within the penny stock world, it’s mainly all about where a stock is moving for knowing when to get in and get out. I find myself doing just like the next person and sometime falling in love with a stock and its story. I do this sometimes, but it’s my decision to do so. I understand that over 90% of the penny stocks fail and that the odds are probably not in my favor. Still, I trade accordingly with “some” of the stories. BLDV is one where I have fallen in love with the story, but it’s not the only stock that I own either.

All I want to do now is to do what I always have tried to do. Simply do DD on a stock that I like and share why it has potential for gains. If one likes it or not, simply do their own DD to accept their own risk to buy it or not and respectfully move forward no matter the decision or outcome which is always out of our controls.

With Eddie Lewis, I think he has the right intentions as I think there are many penny stocks that are scams and people could always use the help in having those scams revealed. I will admit that I could use the help as I know that I am bad at deciphering such. I have a tendency of believing what I am first told by a company unless it is proven otherwise. Sometimes, that is too late though.

Although his intentions might be sincere, he has me all wrong and I also believe that he has BLDV all wrong too. From speaking with him and from researching the quality of his previous shows, it appears that he needs attention to get more ratings to graduate to the next level of TV. I just wish it wasn’t through me. Still, I don’t think the guy should have bad judgment passed against him although still, he is very wrong in his info he thought he had discovered. I still wish him well.
